Create the ReviewLess GitHub App

One click registers the app on GitHub with ReviewLess's permissions and URLs already filled in.

1. GitHub shows the app. Click Create GitHub App for ….
2. GitHub returns you to ReviewLess DEV with ?code=… in the address bar.
3. Send that whole address to Claude within one hour. Claude exchanges it and stores the app's key and secrets in Baco.
4. Then install it on the repositories you want to review: Install App on the app's GitHub page.
